REMINDERS
Please read these reminders carefully to avoid possible conflicts.
- Restrictions for Photos. The following are NOT ALLOWED:
- Nudity (includes going “topless” or making it appear
like it, both for males and females)
- Use of signage containing curses and other vulgarities
- Use of (real/real-looking toy) weapons that are still serviceable
at present
- Use of (liquor/acohol-based beverage) bottles
- Use of (real/toy) cigarettes, tobacco pipes and drug paraphernalia
- Use of foul-smelling props (e.g. smoke)
- Use of fire/burning of props
- More than two (2) companions in photo
- Do not bring unnecessary and valuable items to the
photoshoot (e.g. jewelry, laptop, etc.) to prevent
untoward incidents. Aegis and Digiprint will not be responsible for loss or damage of students’ belongings.
- Cheque payments should be addressed to Digiprint Designs
Corp.
- Be there 30 minutes before your timeslot.

- Fines
- For latecomers, a
fine of PhP 250.00 will be collected

Time you arrived: 1:01 PM à LATE!
- For rescheduling, a
fine of PhP 300.00 will be collected
Those who
will arrive 30 minutes after their expected time of arrival will automatically be rescheduled.

- RETAKES AND RESCHEDULES for reasons other than arriving
more than 30 minutes late for their time slot ARE NOT ALLOWED. No exceptions.
- Contact Prints
a. Contact prints should be claimed by the student seven (7) working days after
the day of his or her pictorial (working days: Monday to Friday only. Photo shoot
days are from Monday to Saturday, including holidays)
b. Contact prints should be claimed at the photoshoot venue (MYPLACE).
c. Bring the receipt of
the first installment of payment for the chosen photo package (50% or 100%), and the second installement of payment (25%) OR CONTACT PRINTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
d. In the event that the claiming of contact prints exceeds the schedule of the
photoshoots, contact prints should be claimed at the Aegis Headquarters at Mateo Ricci.
e. Contact prints should be returned three
(3) days (including Sundays) after the contact print is made available to the student, at the photoshoot venue (MYPLACE). Contact prints should be in good
condition upon return.

photoshoot schedule: Aug. 5, Friday
Date that
contact prints should be claimed: Aug. 13, Saturday

contact prints should be returned: Aug. 16, Tuesday
* In the event that a student does not return contact prints on time, THERE WILL BE NO FINE. Instead,
the Aegis Editorial Board will choose the photos for the student.
f. After the contact prints have been returned, seniors CANNOT, under any circumstances, change their choice.
- Waivers will be provided for the seniors to sign after viewing their digital pictures on the monitors
provided by the studios. The waiver provides that the students agree to the following:
- Returning the contact prints in proper condition.
- Returning the contact prints regardless of any circumstances.
- Claiming the chosen photo packages, and PAYING IN FULL FOR THE PHOTO
PACKAGES upon doing so
- Undertaking that they have viewed their pictorial shots on the PC
monitors, and in so doing will have no reason to ask for a retake
- Claiming their contact prints with the knowledge that they will be
receiving these unretouched
- The policy that the choice of final poses (1 for formal pose and
2 for creative pose) made by the students themselves CANNOT, under any circumstances,
be changed.
- Viewing of the shots for each senior will be no more than
one (1) minute to avoid crowding. The contact prints are made available to the students so that they may view their shots
properly. Viewing on the monitor is provided only so that students may see if there are technical errors (e.g. blinking/closed
eyes, improper lighting, etc.)
- Students can have their photos recopied for a fee. Recopies done within one (1) month upon photo
shoot will get a 50% discount.
- All transactions regarding soft copies of retouched graduation and creative pictures should be
done directly with the studio personnel and not with any Aegis member.
- THINGS TO
BRING ON THE DAY OF PICTORIALS:
a. For MALES – solid coloured, formal polo WITH COLLAR and necktie
· Seniors who choose to use the clothes provided by the studio should
bring a WHITE UNDERSHIRT.
b. For FEMALES – strapless brassiere and tube, or any top with a low-neckline
c. Props for individual creative pose
· The studio will also be providing some props, costumes and accessories
that may be borrowed by students for free.
d. Photo stubs (given to the students on the day of the photo sign ups)
e. 50% (or 100%) payment of photo package chosen by the senior
f. Official Ateneo de Manila University ID (validated)
g. Your most beautiful smile J
- Be sure to get the receipts issued by Aegis representative
(for the fines) or a Digiprint representative (for photo packages) to serve as proof of payment.
- Payments and transactions should be done only with
Aegis/Digiprint representatives wearing an official Aegis/Digiprint ID.
- It is the students’ responsibility to finish
their formal and creative shots within the timeslot that they have signed up in. Be sure that both shots are accomplished
before leaving the venue.
- Check for announcements through email or at the Aegis
Headquarters regarding upcoming Aegis events and/or release of photo packages etc.
